May I ask you to test Carlsberg? It appears to be gluten free as Doctors in Denmark say it is suitable for Celiacs. That would be really appreciated. Henrik Jensen

Hi Henrik, yes you are right the Danish Carlsberg seems to have low gluten. Please see here http://liveatthewitchtrials.blogspot.de/2012/12/gluten-levels-of-73-beers.html, the level of the Carlsberg tested beers is at or below 20 ppm. But this is only valid for the Danish Carlsberg I suppose. The Carlsberg determined for Germany is also brewed in Germany so can have another level of gluten. I will try to get the original Carlsberg brewed in Denmark somewhere but this might take a while.
