…with the Indonesian beer, Bintang Pilsener. It’s a 330mL bottle, 4.7% alcohol. Ingredients: water, malts, sucrose, barley, and hops. I find it strange that both “malts” and “sucrose” are listed before “barley”. Perhaps the “malts” are from wheat. That would make sense of the test result. On an amusing note, my eldest step-son didn’t want to drink the beer so I used as a shampoo!

The blue line on the left test area ( C ) is a control line and indicates that the extract/sample is suitable, the test has been performed correctly and all reagents are active.
